Named in memory of my late “adopted” grandfather whom we lovingly called Henry Appacha*, even though he was of German descent. He loved to order steak tidbits when we took him and his wife (our late Cathy Ammachi**) out to eat. Working for his food was definitely messy – but definitely worth it to him!

May we work as hard to get spiritual “meat” and savor every “bite.”
